My mom hired AVB in May 2025 to locate and excavate the sewer service line from her house to the city main in her backyard. In her experience, they excavated in an attempt to locate the sewer line, but the line was not successfully located during the digging. Honestly they do good work physically, it's the management, customer service and clarification of contract that needs work and considering the main reason, when it came to the final payment, he added on $900 charge that clearly states in the contract that it was included in the final bid, then when I told them to explain that extra charge outside of contract agreement is when he became very unreasonable and disrespectful threatened to put a lein on our house if he didn't have his money by the end of day.
