They ruined my calipers when they did my brakes and rotors. Blamed it on acid on the road causing both the rear ones to seize up. It burnt my brakes and rotors out in 3 months time Do not take your Volvo here. They do not do warranty work either. They put after market brakes on instead of OEM parts too. They don’t even know how to put into service mode to do brakes so that it resets parking brake. Took it to Volvo Kelowna to fix it. It’s worth the drive to take it to Kelowna instead of here.
Very professional service and very reasonable prices. If you are looking to get any work done to your car make sure you give these guys a call first.
Apple Valley Auto staff continues to have exceptional customer service. When they diagnose and repair my vehicle I am always included in the 'what we need to do', the part options and am never surprised when its time to pay the bill. The open and honest communication that is hard to find at some auto repair shops is appreciated and refreshing.
Great service. Over delivered in terms providing detailed feedback for my vehicle, but also how to best sell and buy. Easy and seamless process. We hung out in the waiting area while our car got an inspection. Took about 60 mins. Coming from Manitoba we needed to get it inspected to insure it here. Affordable and worth every dollar invested! Thanks again and highly recommend. Go here if you need any service at all. Don’t think twice!
