There hasn't been a thing done for us here The front steps to this place has never been fix like they should have been done. Told they would be and things here aren't . Promises that never happen as told. It's all talk and that's it . If you need someone to run this place I've run large places before and can do it again.
Moved in 2017. Water has been orange everyday, even with a filtration system. My brand new tub I put in last year is now permanently orange and look nasty. Nothing has been done or in the least a helpful suggestions to find the issue. Yes communities now owns this place. Just so everyone knows. WE DO NOT HAVE A PLAYGROUND, SWIMMING POOL, WALKING TRAILS OR ANY OTHER ANMENITIES THAT IS LISTED!

Called today to look into moving into the park in July and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful; and told me she would give me call back in a few weeks to schedule a showing, very happy with the pleasant service and information! Hopefully I will be able to call this place home next month! :D
