high priced for the headaches that come with moving in there. Rude and strict office staff.
Service could be better for what I pay in rent here. Never any maintenance people here. Shower door handle replacement cost them maybe 2 bucks, if that. Staff is rude
Time for us all to make a complaint to the better business bureau. This place is a joke. The staff in the office are rude, have no customer service skills, dress unprofessionally, doesn't take any effort or time to rectify anything here. If you try and call the higher ups, all you get is a voicemail that loops right back to the people in the office that didn't help in the first place. They discriminate on who they send out violations to and who and what they overlook. They have homes they rent out that don't even go by their... read more
Rent rises every chance they get and management does nothing for us living here. Water is unusable and they refuse to take care of their own land. YES communities is a travesty
