Thank you to the Clinic Manager Jasmin and Margie for helping me with my documents. It was not their job, but they took it upon their self’s to help me & even drove to the Perris Apple Urgent Care and hand delivered them to me. They truly showed that they care about their patients and went above and beyond to take care of my situation. Thank you again.
Thank you to office Manager Jazmin and office Lead Margie for helping me & my husband resolve a paperwork issue. They went out of their way to resolve it and drove to their other Apple Urgent Care in Perris, to personally drop off the documents to us. We are very thankful that there are still good people in this world! Jasmin & Margie, thank you for being soo kind and helpful.
Made 2 visits here this past week, once for myself and another for my son. Both times we had a minimal wait and had great experiences with front/back office staff! The provider was also was so kind and patient with my son who has ASD and doesn’t do so well at drs offices. We will continue coming back here for all future needs!
Just wanted to share my experience here , overall it’s a clean environment ! And the staff is welcoming and helpful, Marissa the medical assistant is super sweet and kind she made me feel comfortable and was super helpful with all my questions
