Everyone at Apple Tree Medical have been exceptional in looking after my father. He endured a terrible injury recently in Melbourne, and while visiting Palm Cove for 2wks he needed to attend this clinic every two days to have his wound re-dressed. Dr. Xaioping Jiang saw him during every visit and was excellent. Maureen, Anna and Clare were the nurses taking fantastic care of him. They managed to make what would have been a repetitively unpleasant experience, as joyful as possible! Thank you!!
I was on holiday in Palm Cove and visited Apple Tree Medical after bumping my head during a rocky boat ride. The doctors and staff were so helpful and courteous. I wish every trip to the doctor's office could be like the experience I had there!
We had two sick kids so attended this GP while on holiday, concerned that a chest infection wasn't clearing up. The doctor (Kimberly?) was incredible. Unwilling to just prescribe more antibiotics, she called a paediatrician at Cairns hospital, but couldn't get through as he was doing some emergency thing. She sent us home, promised to call with an update, and hung around past closing waiting on a return call.
