Maintenance is slow taking a couple months to repair a door in middle of winter. Paying 1100 a month should get better service than this
My slider door broke about a month and a half ago stuck open and they still haven't replaced it just duct taped plastic over it which is breaking down now and when I call to ask about it they just tell me they don't know when their contractorwill get to it. poor attention to their residents my neighbors have been having the same problem with repairs taking a long time.
Honestly living here the past 2 years and going through several management teams, I can say the management currently has not been great and very slow on getting repairs done. My neighbor has been without a sliding door for almost 2 months and me living on the bottom level that would not be ok and that’s neglect. He shouldn’t be waiting this long for a new door. Jay is a fantastic maintenance man. He’s super helpful and timely. He assists and has great ideas on how to improve the necessary things to make an apartment livable and cozier. I really wish the front office didn’t close at 2pm because people who work 40+ hours aren’t always able to catch a person. I went without a dishwasher for two months because I couldn’t get a person to talk to or one that would answer emails. I’m glad Jessica is gone but let’s see how the new manager goes.
Nice area to live. Quiet and close to town. Just want to applaud Leslie the maintenance guy. Very nice guy! Quick on his feet always gets the job done. He goes out of his way to help the residents and does a very thorough job. We need more people like him around here.
