I intentionally chose the cheapest of the Apple Tree apartments so I could save money for a house. As I walk out the door for the last time today, I'm a bit emotional. I'm loving the house I just bought, and apartment life isn't my favorite... But Apple Tree has been a special experience for me. As I walk past the cars in the parking lot, thinking about the people I've met who own them, I'm reminded of this great community that I will miss. Update #2: been struggling with constant respiratory infections for about 6 months. Hospital got down to the reason being "My atmosphere is toxic" so moving out. There is no air filtration in this apartment (See photos of the one vent in the apartment bathroom caked in dust.) I've never gone through an experience this bad living anywhere. I'd do anything to get out of here at this point. It's constant issues back to back. Update: several things have gotten worse since I wrote this review, the doors have fallen off of cupboards I don't use, the fake coating is coming off of the bathroom sink, the screen door broke off, a closet door I never use has seized up while sitting there, they took out the drain plug to the tub and never fixed it, and the hallway door blasted fluid all over itself and now slams super loud outside of my apartment every day constantly.
