Update #2: been struggling with constant respiratory infections for about 6 months. Hospital got down to the reason being "My atmosphere is toxic" so moving out. There is no air filtration in this apartment (See photos of the one vent in the apartment bathroom caked in dust.) I've never gone through an experience this bad living anywhere. I'd do anything to get out of here at this point. It's constant issues back to back. Update: several things have gotten worse since I wrote this review, the doors have fallen off of cupboards I don't use, the fake coating is coming off of the bathroom sink, the screen door broke off, a closet door I never use has seized up while sitting there, they took out the drain plug to the tub and never fixed it, and the hallway door blasted fluid all over itself and now slams super loud outside of my apartment every day constantly. I have lived her for 9 months and have loved it. The neighbors are very welcoming, the staff is quick to respond and happy to help and the maintenance staff does there best to address requests quickly and correctly.
My slider door broke about a month and a half ago stuck open and they still haven't replaced it just duct taped plastic over it which is breaking down now and when I call to ask about it they just tell me they don't know when their contractorwill get to it. poor attention to their residents my neighbors have been having the same problem with repairs taking a long time.
