I have lived her for 9 months and have loved it. The neighbors are very welcoming, the staff is quick to respond and happy to help and the maintenance staff does there best to address requests quickly and correctly.
My slider door broke about a month and a half ago stuck open and they still haven't replaced it just duct taped plastic over it which is breaking down now and when I call to ask about it they just tell me they don't know when their contractorwill get to it. poor attention to their residents my neighbors have been having the same problem with repairs taking a long time. Then theres the fact they refused to fix my toilet tank cover and now their stealing money from me saying I dont have insurance when I actually do and have go... read more
Maintenance is slow taking a couple months to repair a door in middle of winter. Paying 1100 a month should get better service than this
