Very thorough cleaning. Immediately felt comfortable with hygienist. She took pride in her work and was very informative. Overall, a great experience!
Lost confidence in them when (long-standing) Dr Smith left. Have had a new dentist each time for the next three visits. I wanted to give them a chance.But appointments took longer to complete. 3 hours to remove crown and put on temporary. THEN when I saw the new dentist at a new clinic, he found an issue under a tooth. A large infection, needing an extraction that he said “had been there quite a while, because it had compromised even the bone”. This was completely missed by Appletown Dental.
