Completed 2 months of therapy for dislocated shoulder on 5/31 in Nashua. Therapist promised stretch bands and other materials to continue home therapy. Apple Therapy never provided by last session and did not give me evaluation form. Customer service needs improvement.. do not promise what you cannot deliver.

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and always greets me when I walk in. The gym has everything I need to get in a good workout - including free weights, medicine balls, yoga balls, resistance bands, TRX, and of course, plenty of cardio machines. I also love how my membership includes one free personal training session a month! The personal trainer, Nicole, is very knowledgeable and I've learned so much already from our few sessions together.
