Mia was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. Without her help and guidance (and homework), I wouldn’t be at the level I am today with my progress. The entire office was welcoming and gracious.
TJ and Sandy were great therapists. They got me back on my feet and loosened my tight painful shoulder. I have plenty of exercises and stretches to keep me healing and fit.
I saw Carol Lewis at the Bedford location. She acted as fake friendly as you'd expect from a professional you're paying to help you, but I didn't feel like she really made an effort to understand my situation or help me. She spent most of my paying time (it wasn't cheap!) having me do excerises on my own (not available to ask questions or make sure I'm doing it right). Bad billing. When you start, they say not to worry and they will handle insurance, but you absolutely should not take that advice because it was NOT fully covered by our insurance and we were sent a bill for over $800. If they could be more clear about billing before racking up all those charges, I would consider going there … but not right now.
Had complete knee replacement. Worked with Ally, she really made recovery quick... Highly recommend!!!
