I drove a hour and half to this store yesterday to replace my swollen IPhone battery. The technician diagnosed it and told me there’s a problem with the chip and motherboard and pushed for a $500 to $600 full replacement. I asked if they can just replace the battery for me and they refused, insisting on my phone being total damaged. They even introduced me to the recycle program and convinced me to give them my phone for free so they can toss it for me.
