Ryan the manager and will an employee extreme rude and do not know how to diffuse a situation actually Ryan tried to antagonize me to edge on the bickering. As a manager that is completely unacceptable. Thankfully the tech, Mike was kind, patient and efficient with helping me and trying to diffuse the situation. Also this isn't my first visit to Apple where Mike a friendly and familiar face has given me exceptional customer service. Thank you Mike! 🙏🏼
Really need a better system. Especially for appointments. No way we should be waiting in here so long with no help. Also no reason why we sit at the Genius Bar table (full of people and staff) they help everyone at the table... besides me .. an walk away.. I inquire why everyone was helped and then walked off without helping me. The rep still walking away firmly said hold on with a scrunched up face. Everytime I come here it's the same thing. Just came in for a nice lunch with my mother and husband, our server was Bex. Her first day off of training, she was super great, always made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will come back!
