Mom has been at Apple Springs for 5 years. The staff is so kind and caring of her. They have began activities again and work to keep residents engaged.
I would like info by email, I don't want to sign up for robo calls. Won't take my request for info without!
Buyers beware! Apple springs starts out as a nice place as long as you dont burden them with any requests. recently my grandmother has been getting refused assistance to doctor appointments. Refused assistance in picking up medications from pharmacy. she had to call 911 for herself recently, thankfully she ended up being ok. She is still capable of driving, but not when ill. So asking for someone to pick up medication just 5 minutes away is part of there required contractual obligation. The cost of staying there is not cheap... read more
This was a beautiful community to see. Located in a very pretty and scenic location. Nice staff as well!
