On an empty snowy day, where no customers were presented I was turned away and was told that I need to make an appointment. I asked her where can I make an appointment can she give me the phone number and she said she don’t know I have to look outside on the front door. The door outside says “walk ins welcome” “call for appointments”. Lol very much prejudice here.
