Professional and friendly service. No chasing to speak to a human. No bots and/or automated voice chats. Units are clean and so is the grounds. Would definitely recommend.
Awful customer service. Had to contact them multiple times to change payment details and many times unsuccessfully to try and get them to fix a faulty latch only to never hear back from them for a month. Then when I do get a hold of them I get told nothing but excuses and lies. Tonight I got two emails back from them from two different areas one telling me the broken latch I’m trying to have fixed is working properly and another email saying the door isn’t closing properly and they will have to get a different maintenance pe... read more
