I’ve had a storage unit here for over 6 years. The people are great to deal with and the facility is top notch
Brian is an awesome manager. He responds to all concerns (if there are any) and takes care of his customers!
They’re great as long as you never try to take your stuff out of storage. I’ve been trying to get updates as to why they’re randomly charging my card in file and all they are giving me in response is attitude and gas lighting. Not fun to deal with as a single woman having her belongings shipped across country when I can’t be there to manage the move in person… Rude and unhelpful at the very best
Clean, well managed, no issues with our items being in storage for over a year. Property is easy to access, well maintained even in the winter. Fees competitive, would definitely recommend.
Brian has been absolutely amazing to deal with since day one! If we ever need to get another storage unit, I will use Apple Self Storage again! Highly recommend!
