Poor no bill sent to me paid unit plus interest and they locked my unit told me I get one month free charged me then chartered me more and I get get into a locker
Phyllis was a delight to speak with on the phone when we needed to book a storage locker for our upcoming move across the country. She put our unit size on hold for us as we weren’t going to be in the area right away, and stayed on the phone until we got our confirmation email. Her friendly demeanour was so refreshing compared to lots of other companies we had inquired with earlier.
Very organized and professional. The heated storage facility was great.
Friendly and courteous service, Barbara was delightful to deal with as were colleagues in her absence. Highly recommend and would definitely use again when in need. Dj
