I came to Apple Self-storage in Goderich to make a decision as to whether I would rent or even decide today to use use this facility. I met Kay who showed me my options and and the facility. She was warm, friendly and generous with her time. The paperwork was made easy as I decided to use this facility not only because of the immaculate state of the units and building but because Kay had demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Goderich 17 years ago. Kim is fantastic professional
Apple Self Storage in Goderich is the premiere storage facility to choose. Kim and Kay (owners) are known affectionately as KitKat by their customers and they are so personable and helpful. They took my email notice and allowed me to move out seamlessly. They always have candy and a friendly greeting at the front desk. Storage supplies are available on site for a fair price. The facility is easy to access, clean and convenient. 5 stars for great service! I will be using them again sometime I am sure.
