Apple Ridge was shady right from the beginning. I should have listened to my gut when the first red flag went up, and ran in the opposite direction. The sales associate wanted me to sign a contract and put down a non refundable deposit - without telling me what the final cost of the home would be, or what any of the finishings would be. You won’t be informed but Apple Ridge in Appleton and it’ll have public walking and biking trail with 3 street entries using the community sidewalks that runs in front of these homes. The buyer is assessed by the city to pay 50% of this public path which they have widen to 10’ to be apart of the city trail plan.
