I was involved in an vehicle accident back in 2000 along with my wife at the time and my brother which resulted in us needing physical therapy. Fast forward to 2015 I was involved in another vehicle accident which again required me to get physical therapy treatment. Both times I used Apple Rehabilitation and I must say that they were just as great in 2015 as they were in the year 2000. Nice and friendly
Great customer service
No therapists on-site. The treatment plan is provided by a nurse practitioner, and the therapy itself is administered by technicians. Although, they may be very competent in what they do, I was disappointed by their misleading marketing. Their sign says physical and occupational therapy. One would expect, at the very least, an initial evaluation by a therapist. I didn't need a consult given that I already had a script from my orthopaedic doctor. I needed a physical therapy evaluation, ideally, by a licensed physical therapis... read more
