Dr Laporte is a great doctor, he listens to your concerns and answers in great detail just as a teacher would. He is one of the kindest doctor I have ever met. He has a great group of staff, always greet you with a smile, willing to do anything you ask. I highly recommend!
They never answer the phone.You have to wait 30 minutes or more sometimes to ask a question or get information. And it’s only getting worse. They say that they are trying to remedy the problem but nothing. I don’t know how Dr. LaPorte can allow this to keep happening.
Left Carey LaPorte a few years ago. He was terrible! I used to go to the APRN in the office and she was fine but when she retired I had to start seeing him and wow, I will never go back. Could hear what he was saying about me outside the office door telling his new APRN that he didn't want to go in to see me because there was a "weird vibe" in the room. Left his care in a hurry. Very, very unprofessional.
