My mother was completely neglected here. From pills being found on the floor on a daily basis, to transportation not arriving her on time to doctors appointments, to being discharged and within 12 hours having to be rushed to the emergency room for blood clots in legs and lungs, UTI, covid, kidney failure due to dehydration. Unfortunately I need to give APPLE REHAB one star in order to write a review... Families are OUTRAGED Apple Rehab is participating with helping hospitals and admitted a COVID POSITIVE PATIENT into Chesterfields! We were Covid Free, now have 2 positive residents and 2 positive staff! We have requested a meeting with Karen Danofrio, Director of Operations and are being completely ignored. This facility used to be good years and years ago. Now the management is unfriendly, unprofessional and disorganized. I'm very upset with the way they treat patients in their facility. Leave them in bed all day and as soon as the family comes to visit they act like they're on top of everything. The staff doesnt know how to deal with elderly the correct way and its very disappointing. It takes a certain kind of person to be in health care. You have to be mature, kind, have patience and be understanding.

As part of the management team at Apple Rehab Chesterfields and with a long history to the building, it’s such an honor and privilege to work with the staff from top to bottom. Everyone is always pleasant and does such great work taking care of the residents! It’s more than a job but more of a second family!

Small place, easy walk to downtown. The employees know all the residents by name and they seem to get along nicely with each other. Nice outdoor seating area and lots of flowers around, welcoming and calming. Food’s pretty good for a nursing home. Housekeeping comes around everyday too.
