Horrible useless doctor didn’t even bother to actually look at me or listen. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if your on your deathbed but its becoming typical of canadas failed medical system. Had to go to another doctor at the hospital to actually get help and medication I needed to clear an infection. Lazy useless people at this place.
Went there with a tooth infection as my dentist told me too. Was told rudely to go away. Very poor human beings.
Hello, I am a resident of Osoyoos and I have been without a family doctor for 3 years. For my prescription refills I usually call Rocket doctor or similar phone in doctors. Horrible service…rude …unhelpful..outdated system and service…unfortunate and unacceptable…lots can be said … I was told 1 day prior to call and come in wen she could have taken the reservation for next day ,which apparently they can’t well then u need to change the system..cause we are living in digital age …wen I call today they say all slots are booked try on Monday …so rude ,thinks doing us a favour…obviously I’ll never go there…
