I like the ATI physical therapy it is very helpful for me the physical therapist are very nice and friendly.
I really enjoy going to my appointment twice a week not just for the therapy but the staff is awesome. Dave, Mikey, Anthony, and Katelyn.. are great!! Very friendly and informative.. I am going to be sad when my time is up with them..
I was referred to them by Kaiser Permanente PT dept. since they have a few weeks waiting. The lady from ATI who called me, was terribly rude (not to mention a heavy southern accent that is impossibly hard to understand- and I have lived in the US for 15+ years). After answering a host of questions (which no provider has ever asked before), she finally offered me an appointment 3 weeks later. Not sure what kind of physical therapy they provide, and I guess I won't be finding out any time soon.
