I had such a great experience at this physical therapy clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my progress. I’m now leaving pain free and I feel a lot stronger! Definitely recommend!
I cannot recommend this establishment. I have been to other physical therapy locations before and ATI in Gig Harbor does not measure up. First, the place is rather dingy and not particularly well run. I had my first visit, for my achilles, which was painful so the physical therapist could “take measurements.” But the real kicker was when all my appointments were cancelled by ATI without telling me. I had an excellent experience at ATI Physical Therapy in Gig Harbor. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the front desk staff to the physical therapists, everyone made me feel welcome and supported throughout my recovery. The staff will keep one busy with new exercises from session to session. This helps keep the patient from getting bored from doing the same exercises over and over.
