Service here is really quick and good. Got my defective iPhone fixed pretty quickly! Also nice store to buy Apple products
We always stop at the Apple Store when we are in Pasadena. Lots of good mac accessories. Nice employees to help if you have questions.
No need to mention the quality of the products so I'll just say I love the look and feel of the store and all of the employees are awesome!
The store is great overall. Heck, it's Apple after all! However the street parking in the area is not so hot and the public parking is not so conveniently located in case you needed to quickly stop by and pick a few items up. Overall a good experience, it's just the parking that makes it a little less than perfect.
Okay, that's like comparing Apples with, er, Apples! They're all good. But the fact that it is located in Old Town Pasadena makes it a great store to visit when you have the time.
