We have been extrememly pleased with Apple Orthodontix and especially with Dr. Coles. He is a kind, caring Doctor who is very patient. Two of my boys have had their braces done at the Richardson office and it has been nothing but great service. Infact, they have gone above and beyond in the dental care for my boys. I have to disagree with the other review. I know Dr. Coles well since we've been seeing him for 5 years for our boys' braces and can't ever imagine him saying anything of the kind. I would give this doctor 0 stars if I could. On many of my scheduled appointments the staff was not there, they were on vacation. No one bothered to tell me about this and I would show up to an empty office. On my last appointment, the doctor seemed like he was doing the normal appointment procedures, but he quietly told the nurse to take off my braces, without letting me or my parents know.
