I’ve never had a pedicure in 22 minutes! I walked in to Apple Nails and a young male employee standing at the front door told me they were closed, it was only 5:40 pm. I said I thought you were open until 7 pm.? A female worker let me in. I soaked my feet for 30 sec before he started. He cut and filed 2 toe nails without trimming or shaping the others although he did push back some cuticles. I’ve been going to Apple salon for pedicures and manicures for years and I often bring my 7yr old granddaughter. I rarely make a appt and typically walk in. They are lovely and kind and I’m always happy and relaxed when I leave. Too bad someone had a bad experience. Maybe there was something else going on or it was an off day or maybe the client was rude and impatient .. who knows but nothing would prevent me from going back.

Hard to believe that the kids working here are licensed manicurists. Had to have my polish redone because my previous color wasn’t removed properly and I my cuticles and toes had a blue tinge to them. I have also never had anyone paint my nails from side to side! I will not be returning.

Stay away from this place! I spent $65.00 for a mani-pedi and it is the sloppiest mess I have ever received with cracking and peeling the next day. On top of that the guy cut my cuticles too deep with one finger bleeding and he had to use a styptic stick to stop the bleed. My thumb cuticle was red and sore for a week. They do not take credit cards as other salons do in Harwich which is an inconvenience. I shall not be returning!
