Absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Rude, when you pay for a manicure and pedicure- the manicure is usually done at the station. Rushed and pulling and tugging and trying to give manicure while getting pedicure and the place was empty. All rushed and rude and sloppy service. horrible experience

I just don’t understand where providing good customer service went out of style. It was not a relaxing experience. The lady doing my nails didn’t even clean around my nails at all, didn’t give me any lotion on my hands, just rushed through it as fast as she could. The pedicure was okay but very fast like 10 minutes. There is no music on and I just felt like they rushed through it the entire time. $100 for just paint basically because they did nothing else to pamper me at all.

The entire staff working on a rainy Sunday afternoon were fantastic! They treated my mother like a Queen! We appreciate your kindness and exceptional service!

I’ve never had a pedicure in 22 minutes! I walked in to Apple Nails and a young male employee standing at the front door told me they were closed, it was only 5:40 pm. I said I thought you were open until 7 pm.? A female worker let me in. I soaked my feet for 30 sec before he started. He cut and filed 2 toe nails without trimming or shaping the others although he did push back some cuticles.
