It was a very fast experience. The place only took Venmo when they said they accept card. The setting was very awkward and they were all very quiet. Some people were looking at their phones while in the middle of doing people’s nails. Not the best place to get your nails done.
Worst nail service. I waited for 30 minutes for the lady to show up; the two guys just sat on their phones. She walked in on the phone and was not friendly. Talked on the phone the whole time, and the nails look so messy, left nail polish all around my nails. Nails are also the most expensive here. Do not recommend.
Absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Rude, when you pay for a manicure and pedicure- the manicure is usually done at the station. Rushed and pulling and tugging and trying to give manicure while getting pedicure and the place was empty. All rushed and rude and sloppy service. horrible experience
I just don’t understand where providing good customer service went out of style. It was not a relaxing experience. The lady doing my nails didn’t even clean around my nails at all, didn’t give me any lotion on my hands, just rushed through it as fast as she could. The pedicure was okay but very fast like 10 minutes. There is no music on and I just felt like they rushed through it the entire time. $100 for just paint basically because they did nothing else to pamper me at all.
