Did a final move with them in 2023, forgot I never left a review. I was at a going away when they were there, and they claimed a random beetle that they quickly killed on the mattress was a bedbug and the entire move had to be condemned. Called our liaison, they said everything can go except the mattress. They ended up bagging the mattress and taking it so they could "steam it and resell it" after claiming they couldn't take it because the bedbugs would infest the truck and the rest of their warehouse. Probably the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The crew , did not have any type of organization to their packing, everything was very haphazardly placed in boxes. There is no reason a trash can should be placed in a box with tubberware and a Zevo trap be placed in a box with dishes. This particular crew also forgot to wrap items and had to be prompted or reminded to wrap them. After months of not having our things (overseas move) when our belongings arrived they were in horrible condition. This photo alone should say everything that needs to be said.
Sarah and Carolyn handled our pack out, and they were outstanding. This was our 7th PCS, and without question, they were the best packers we’ve ever had. They worked with incredible organization and efficiency, and took exceptional care of all our household goods.
Kevin and Camilo did an excellent job! I was shocked how fast and safe they were with my valuables outstanding job!
