I seen Nichole NP this morning and she was great! Very polite, caring and professional. I've been a patient of apple medical for over 6 yrs and I can definitely say that Nichole is the best thing to happen to apple medical. James was ok but too buisy and always rushed me out. I went to a specialist in Peru that travels all of Latin America for Crohns and Colitis. I showed Dr Martinez the paperwork and hard drives with videos. He went through them so fast they were falling on the floor and he did not care. When I asked for the medicine the Dr in Peru prescribed he said I would have to do all the tests again in the USA and until that was done he could not help. I have had issues that have had me in the doctor's office more in the past 2 months than I have in the past 10 years, and I have been so touched by how thoughtful and kind the front desk staff has been in my rough times. Dr. Martinez is great, but I think the real reason I love this office is the fact that I call to make an appointment and the front desk staff recognizes my voice and is so sweet and asks how I am and gets me in right away. I've tried my hardest to have patience but I can't any longer and my health is at stake here. The receptionist is crying and every time I go I hear the nurses and staff always complaining about their boss which I don't think it's the doctors. I cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone except if it's for a new appointment or pay a bill. if I'm lucky, I may finally get a call back but it's from some lady that is pretty rude or someone else that can't help me.
