My grandmother has gone to a dr in this office for yrs. The doctors in this office are wonderful but their bookkeeping department needs to be replaced! My grandmother suffers from ashma and c.o.p.d. for her this medicine means life or death. Because the bookkeeping department can't keep track of their payment records they refused to allow my very sick grandmother to see her dr and get her meds refilled. We are new to the area and I needed to see a new doctor because I have the Flu. We made an appointment and I followed the directions to the office that was on the web and in our insurance book. So when I arrived I found the building, that said "Apple Medical Center but no one was in the building. Thinking that the staff was at lunch I sat in the parking lot until the top of the hour running 101.5 temp and shivering.
