My visit was uncomfortable and could have been handled with more care. The procedure itself wasn’t painful at first, but when the camera was angled and pushed deeper, it became quite uncomfortable. I wasn’t given much guidance, and when I reacted, I didn’t feel any acknowledgment or empathy. Additionally, a lot of gel was applied to my abdomen for imaging, and I wasn’t offered tissues to clean up. More explanation and gentleness would have made the experience much better.
Quick and easy service with wonderful staff! Maria at the front desk is lovely and makes the experience good even if you think you have broken bones!
This place is awesome!!!!! I am always greeted so nicely by Maria as soon as I come in. Always with a smile on her face. Never had any issues here at all. They are fast and the facility is really clean. They are on the ball whether you are there for an xray or ultrasound.
I came for the first time this week and was very impressed by the staff at the front desk but even more by Maria, the technician that took care of my tests. She was kind, professional and accommodating. This will be my go to place going forward and highly recommend them!
