Ed and Thomas at Apple Mechanical were great to "work with"!! From my very first phone call, Ed was very informative and helpful answering all my questions and making sure I understood our options. When they initially came to the house, they were very thorough and professional. They went over a lot of different things with us, really assuring we knew and understood our options with both our furnace and air conditioner. Very professional! Walked me through everything they did on the house as well as showing pictures and videos of what occurred during their inspections. Friendly, came out right way to help resolve the issues on my house, Not only did they fix the problem. They also showed me some other issues that I didn’t even know where there that could cause future issues down the road. That being said they were able to those issues as well! I highly recommend Apple Mechanical, Heating and Cooling for all of your mechanical and HVAC needs! Ed and Tom are EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable and professional. They respected our home and our property and provided EXTRAORDINARY customer service. Both me were polite and personable. They arrived on time and got straight to work.
