I made an appointment for 3. They texted me at 1:20 saying it was ready for me to check in. I rushed as fast as I could to get there. Got there around 1:40 and they already skipped me. I spoke to someone and they said it was a mistake with the system and they'll see me as soon as possible. I waited an hour and half and finally at 3:10 they saw me. They were probably the rudest people I've ever came in contact with, EVER. I could understand if I was a inconsiderate and loud customer but I was minding my business and waiting patiently for my phone to be fixed. They rushed me out of the store, not to mention I was waiting there for an hour just for them to tell me they broke my phone. I went in there for a screen replacement and left with a screen that didn't even come on. Horrible service. KIMBERLY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FIXED A HUGE, EXTREMELY RARE PROBLEM ON MY IPHONE 5! After going back and forth from apple and AT&T.. Kimberly found the solution! Thanks KIMBERLY!
