Photo Booth charged me, did not receive money back. Contacted the vendor and never heard back from them. Completely useless.

Think of them as Epson and HP Ink then Printer/ink Lawsuits. Any equipment you buy from them the consumables have to come from them as well at super inflated overpricing. I do not, nor does any one I know, because of me buy Epson, HP Printers. Adding this company to the list.... Maybe if their sales start dropping they might realize they don't need to charge 3.5 times the price of everyone else and not be a Scrooge enthusiast. Selling the machine at a loss and will never consider or recommend.

I purchased wrong photobooth paper by mistake ($2000) and called for replacement within 10 days of receiving the paper and kept receiving one rehearsed answer that "we cannot take any media product back" - Jim - customer service representative - thank you for NO HELP OR UNDERSTANDING AT ALL. ARROGANCE IS A SIGN TO SELF DESTRUCTION - It will happen sooner or later.
