relaxed place to shop Unlike Mary, I had a good experience here: Good service (helpful without being pushy,) found what I wanted. Nice selection, including some beautifully made furniture.
Wide Selection The showroom is wide open and easy to see everything. It is very reasonably priced and sales people are not aggressive. I had looked everywhere for Chinese screens and I couldn't find them anywhere. They did not have any screens in their showroom but they ordered them for me. It was ordered very fast and within two weeks I had my screens. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. PROS: Open showroom CONS: Limited Parking
dont go here Very bad customer service. Refuses to uphold to insurance policy. Low end quality furniture. I went through 2 sets in one year and had to pay more for replacement. A bunch of con-artists!
BEST LITTLE FURNITURE STORE AROUND! This FURNITURE STORE is FABULOUS! What a huge selection they have as well as a lot of very well known BRAND NAMES! I would HIGHLY recommend APPLE HOUSE FURNITURE to everyone I know that needs furniture. If you need furniture check this store out FIRST! They are so unique and have things the BIG BOX STORES don't.
My Kind of Place for decorating my home! I love Apple House Furniture. Most of my furniture has been purchased there and the price and quality meet my expectations. The showroom is very well laid out, delivery is always reliable, and the sales manager is very knowledgable and helpful. No one is pushy nor do they ignore you when you have questions.
Well If they have to write their own REVIEW, which they so obviously did, that means they cannot rely on word of mouth for good advertisement. Sad but I know why. The service wasn't that good and when I did special order, I was told two - three weeks until it was in the store. I had this in writing on my receipt. It took nearly 8!!! weeks to receive three items. I called and called. I was told they would call me back when they got a hold of the manufacture. They did not ONCE call me back.
