Could not help me with my Honda parts that I needed very surprised that they push pushed me off to another Honda dealer
Have a recall on our Pilot and we have been waiting for repair. We received a call after waiting for weeks and when we responded several times, parts were always on back order. We are still on the list. I'm assuming that if we have a incident because of this recall, we have the right to seek legal representation and litigation to recoup time spent and for any injuries or damages to others as well as ourselves ? I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service I received at Ciocca Honda in Hanover! I was having some brake issues, and Cheryl, my service advisor, and Mike, the technician worked relentlessly to get this issue resolved. Cheryl and Mike kept me informed and explained to me how things were going and what to expect. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will continue coming back for service and maintenance. Thank you, Cheryl and Mike and Ciocca Honda!
Cheryl and Mike (technician) went above and beyond to help us figure out a rattling noise. They both took time to drive around with us to hear the noise and make a diagnosis on our CRV. Service was some of the best I've ever experienced. Thank you, Honda.
