They ship quickly, but there has been a recent change where I have not received a call back for over a week. It is proving to be difficult to get information from them. The portal does not have much information in it, but I think they decreased their workforce thinking the portal would decrease their needs. Not sure what changed, but I used to be able to get into contact with someone right away.
