They don't stand by their product. Had a wood privacy fence installed about 5 years ago. Several of the treated 4 by 6 posts have already rotted all the way through. When contacted, they said they would send someone out. No one ever came and now I'm being ghosted when I try to follow up. Been a couple months now.
Zero stars! Still waiting for Bill to return my call...
Called several times no return call seems to be an on going issue here.
