Spencer and Chace helped me and were very thorough and informative. Chace was only in training and his knowledge of the products, apps and features was pretty incredible. Both were very professional and if they did know the answer, they found out in a matter of seconds. They didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive things. They helped me make the best decision for my needs and even helped me check the refurb store. Appreciated both of these guys very much!
It's a horrible store. The management structure is poor. They don't know how to provide service in a polite and sincere manner. The employees and manager of this store need to be trained. One employee named Robert did mishave with me to hide the store's poor performance. I am really frustrated to see their way of customer's dealings.

My family and I puchased our brand new apple devices ( 6 devices of which three have issues ) No resolution from apple whatsoever. Basically we are stuck with Faulty, Glitchy,Overpriced and Overheating Lemons that are frozen much of the time. My phone in particular, is Frozen Until Someone Calls Me. It prevents me from doing my job while at work and it prevents me from enjoying it when I'm not. Richard was the worst excuse for customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, let alone an Apple store. Shocking. Truly shocking. He should be suspended if not fired. Rude, insulting, condescending... shall I go on? I definitely can. He clearly has no respect for customers and is most obviously unhappy in his job. I called to ask s question but could not talk to a human. The automated system would not connect me. I hate phone trees.
