It’s getting old having the wait on hold for 15 minutes or an hour for someone to call me back every time I need parts for me or my dad. It’s also pathetic how many times a year I have to drive 25 minutes one way just to find out the parts aren’t there even though I was told they were there on the phone when I called in.
The drone department at the Covington location has exceeded my exceptions! Friendly and valuable service. I always walk away knowing more. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a drone!
