After a previous great experience the latest was everything but. Brought my tractor in for a front loader problem. Told them I needed it soon as I’m prepping fields/woods for the fall. It was there for approximately 10 days and I called in at least 5 times trying to get an answer on whether it was repairable or needing replacement parts. I couldn’t get an answer. I took my Kubota X1100C up for a complete service work and a few other things that needed checked on and fixed. Not knowing there back log of repairs. They had my machine for 14 days and when I picked up the needed machine, they didn't do my requested repair list. The good thing is they didn't charge me for uncompleted repairs. But I'm totally not happy with them and will no longer do business with them.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to get most farm and mower related parts or repairs. Incredible selection of farm and transportation related toys for all ages!
