Contacted Brett for an issue we were having with a newly purchased house. Brett and his assistant showed up promptly on-time and performed an excellent job of troubleshooting a couple issues I had and replacing a dead ceiling fan. He also provided some very good advice on things I could do myself to lower energy bills and lower the risk of over burdening some outlets. If I need any future work done, I would not hesitate to contact Brett to perform this work.

Refused to back his work when problems arose, left job incomplete, problems with me and my tenants (the customers) and other workers (namely cable provider - he intentionally cut their/my ground wire). Took him much longer than it should have because he would show up a day or two per week, and work less than a full day.
