My mother and I went in today to see if our laptops had any trade in value. We were told to wait a few minutes for a manager at a table. We waited about 45 minutes as the woman that checked us in started to teach a workshop. When I asked when we would be helped, another woman said we were not in the system or checked in. After 5 minutes a guy came over, took a glance at the laptops, and said both have 0 trade in value due to them being old and one didn't turn on. Disappointed in the Sales-First Customer Service Approach After being paired with Rohan more than once, it’s become clear that his focus is on making a sale—not on actually helping with technology issues.
