This review is towards Apple, not any of the employees. Transparency would have impressed me more than the fancy futuristic store with no doors. And like is it Apple's decision to not be able to handle iphones at like Target or Walmart because they are basically locked to the table so that more people come into Apple stores so they can actually pick up the new phones?? I’ve been into the store numerous times seeking help, the story used to be amazing. They have absolutely horrible customer service now. Do not recommend wasting hours waiting. Seriously considering switching all my devices now to non Apple products

Also easiest purchase and explanation of second vs. third gen AirPods and insurance options.
