excellent service, kind, and gentle service
I have found the office manager here inconsistent with her messaging and quick to move the responsibility to someone else (dentist, patient). Since we are coming from out of town to help an elderly parent handle their dental issues, this has caused a fair bit of inconvenience on our part, and added several months to the parent's time without dentures.
