We go to this dental practice for many years now and we like it.
I recently contacted this dental office to inquire about scheduling an appointment for my son after moving to the area, and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. During the call, I felt repeatedly interrupted whenever I tried to ask questions or explain my situation. At one point, the receptionist made a comment that they “don’t take problem children, only children we can handle,” despite the fact that I had not indicated that my son had any behavioral issues.
