Yesterday I had a cracked molar extracted and an implant placed. I was in the chair for over 2 hours. Dr. Sasan was very good, explaining everything as we went. His assistants Serena and Kelly also contributed greatly to my comfort and the procedure. And the office staff helped me submit a claim for the extraction which I did not think was covered by my insurance. But it was, thanks gals. Today, the day after I got a follow up call.
