I recently visited Apple Crate in Fayetteville to return a sandwich that I simply didn’t like. The experience started off well—the employees in the deli were polite, professional, and genuinely tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jesse completely changed my impression. He came across as condescending and unnecessarily rude while explaining their return policy. The older white lady left us at thd herbs to go on the register when she was supposed to be helping me find herbs. And I'm visioning paired\nThen she rang me up at the register and left without giving me my receipt.I had to get my own receipt
