I texted the number off Google needing a unit quickly, Sara responded right away (literally in a matter of minutes). She provided all the information needed and answered my questions again right away. Within 25 minutes of my initial text she got me started in a unit. These days customer service is slipping away but not here. I appreciate the help and getting me going without jumping through hoops and answering a million questions. I had an excellent experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The place is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me real peace of mind. The staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to answer questions or help out when needed. Access was easy and convenient, and the pricing was fair with no surprise fees. If you’re looking for a reliable, hassle-free storage solution, I highly recommend this place.
Very secure, plenty of room to get in and out. Units are all clean.. no room for mice or rodents to get into your belongings Owners are very fast to respond and friendly to talk to. Highly recommend!!
Sara and the team at Apple Country storage in Hilton are excellent. We rented from them for the last 3 years, after we built a home nearby and needed a little extra storage. Communication is always prompt and professional. The brand new facility and easy online pay with their website really catered to our needs. 100% recommend!
Great experience. Reasonable owners who are very easy to reach. The whole process from beginning to end was done virtually so no waiting around for a guy to show up to give you your lock. Recommend.
