Not happy at all, called him to come out because fridge part was freezing food. He comes out and puts his ear to the unit and says it needs a temp sensor. I asked if he was going to test the one that's in it, he said no he was sure. 2 weeks go by he returns and replaces the temp sensor and I ask him at that time to test the old one he took out and he said no. I tested the old one the next day with a multi meter and found it to be good. His fix did not work and then says its a fan motor and he will order that. I asked if he w... read more

Steve showed up which as we all know today is the first step! He had to come back a second time after ordering parts. He was on time and communicated via text. I would highly recommend Steve. He has been around awhile and is well established. I appreciated he could fix our fridge rather than suggest buying a new one.
