Car had a run in with a storm drain and lost. A popped tire was fixed and another shop (not Aple) noted 'subframe damage'. Lots of run around after that. UNTIL.. I found Apple and had the car towed to them. Jamey took a thorough look over the car for alleged subframe damage .. come to find out just a bit of mechanic work was needed, no subframe damage detected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jessica, who I believe is the Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and took care of everything! My truck looks amazing as well! Thank you so much!
My insurance agent recommended them to me after someone backed into my car, and I’m glad she did. Jessica was very friendly, professional, and kept me updated. The guys in the shop did a great job of making the car look better than when I got it, and the receptionist was very kind. Overall very happy with the work and service. Would recommend!
They held the car for ransom. They were very slow filing claims with State farm. So finally I paid the final clem and they never filed it with State farm. Worst experience of my life will never use them again and will never recommend them and I will talk down about it. I've had car fixed before but never like this
OUTSTANDING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I must take the time to say that Apple collision stands behind their work! They re-painted my wife's Traverse after a deer hit her in 2019 and Serra Chevrolet did a horrible paint job. My insurance paid Apple to correct it by painting it again! They did a wonderful job. However, several years later the paint and clear coat began to pop off and it was paint related and not labor or ongoing care related. Apple no longer uses the paint that did back then, but still stood behind thier work.... read more
