My children’s vehicle was there for repair but they were not transparent about the details of repair and duration. They did not communicate clearly to keep me updated on the repair process later when it was taking longer than anticipated.
Customer service was great.
Dropped my truck off on Oct 28th after someone rear ended me. I was told I would get weekly updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, here we are on Dec 12th and I still have to call every week to find out what is going on. I should have known since everytime I do not receive a call and I have to call in that I'm told "it's sitting with the technician."
