RUN don’t walk away from this disorganized mess…. This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the auto industry. I was hit by another driver on 9/24, and dropped my car off at Ciocca Collision Red Lion on 9/25 for repairs since they were designated as a “select service center” by the other drivers insurance company, who was taking full liability and paying for repairs and my rental vehicle. This shop had very customer Service! They were very attentive to my needs. They kept me very aware of what was going on with my vehicle while it was there and I will definitely be going back.
