Didn’t have a seamless experience, but a year later wouldn’t have any issues recommending someone to use this shop.
Do not waste your time here. Dealer sent me here to fix rear jeep door hinge. Went there to order part and schedule service. Said it was ordered and would take a week or so to get in. Waited, no call. Called them back several times, vague reply, same story, part “still not in”. Finally gave up and took my Jeep elsewhere. Part ordered and installed within one week. I made sure to tell dealer not to waste customer’s time with this “business”.
This shop messed up the billing on my repairs...I trusted them To be professional and act the same way but almost 2 yrs after the work he sued me for a mistake by his staff....If 1400.00 is gonna hurt this business then it isn't very stable to begin with...I will do everything in my power to stop him from getting customers in the future.....hope you sleep well at night you greedy POS and I will definitely be praying for you Hector!!!!! ....because you definitely need all the prayers u can get
